Business Program Management Specialist

TL;DR

Business Program Management Specialist (Responsible AI): Own, execute, and continuously optimize digital safety and Responsible AI operational processes end-to-end with an accent on policy translation, risk assessments, and scalable moderation operations. Focus on designing structured processes, ensuring compliance, and driving standardization across global teams.

Location: Barcelona, Spain. Expected to work from the office at least four days per week within a 25-mile commute of the office.

What you will do

• Own key aspects of health, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of digital safety, Responsible AI, and moderation operations.
• Translate policy requirements, risk assessments, and regulatory obligations into scalable, auditable processes.
• Design and implement processes for consistency, compliance, and efficiency across global operations.
• Ensure execution of workflows across geographically distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Drive standardization and operational excellence in moderation and safety functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND experience in program management, process management, or process improvement (OR equivalent).
• Analytical and systems-thinking skills for defining KPIs, identifying risks, and process optimization.
• Experience with governance models, escalation frameworks, quality assurance, and change management.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous, risk-heavy environments and align stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting to senior leaders.

Nice to have

• Master’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in trust and safety, content moderation, digital risk, or compliance operations at scale with internal and vendor teams.
• Executing digital safety, Responsible AI, or policy-driven programs in complex environments.
