What you will do

• Tackle complex science and business problems balancing advertisers, shoppers, and hirify.global interests.
• Drive end-to-end ML projects with high ambiguity, scale, and complexity.
• Develop real-time ML algorithms for allocating billions of ads daily in auctions.
• Create efficient deep learning algorithms for multi-objective optimization in ad marketplaces.
• Research innovative ML approaches and mentor/recruit scientists.

Requirements

• 3+ years building models for business applications.
• PhD or Master's + 4+ years in CS, CE, ML or related.
• Programming experience in Java, C++, Python or similar.
• Experience in algorithms/data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel/distributed computing, high-performance computing.

Nice to have

• Experience using Unix/Linux.
• Professional software development experience.
