What you will do

• Design and develop GenAI, deep learning, multi-objective optimization, and reinforcement learning solutions for ad retrieval, auctions, whole-page relevance, and personalized shopping experiences.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
• Track industry trends in GenAI and LLMs, prototyping innovative concepts.
• Enhance team's scientific rigor with best-in-class algorithms, methodologies, and infrastructure for rapid experimentation.
• Mentor junior scientists and engineers to build a high-performing team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of building machine learning models for business applications.
• PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning.

Nice to have

• Experience with modeling tools such as R, scikit-learn, Spark MLLib, MxNet, Tensorflow, numpy, scipy.
• Experience with large scale distributed systems such as Hadoop, Spark.
