Compensation Range for WA applicants: $134,434 - $188,207
Company
Developer of reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems, including the human-capable New Glenn heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle.
What you will do
- Plan and monitor projects and test campaigns according to strict deadlines and high-level program schedules.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, integrating them into project decisions.
- Interface with Responsible Engineers, Integrated Product Teams, Test Engineers, technicians, buyers, and other support personnel.
- Support development and operations of avionics hardware for New Glenn launch vehicle.
- Balance technical, business, and organizational influences to foresee problems and deliver on commitments.
Requirements
- U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident (Green Card holder), refugee, or asylee required due to Export Control Regulations.
- B.S. degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Mathematics, or related.
- 6+ years planning and managing projects/programs including requirements, priorities, scope, schedule, integration, and cost.
- Experience with P6 Primavera, MS Project, or similar scheduling software.
- Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills; comfortable in fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with bias for action, attention to detail, and history of independent work and accountability.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in engineering, business, or project management.
- 8+ years as project manager in operations environment.
- Experience with launch vehicle development, production, operations, and aerospace qualification tests.
- Knowledge of avionics, electrical components, verification, integration, and test for orbital vehicles.
- PMP certification, EVMS, critical path scheduling, IMP/IMS, risk management.
