Location: Remote from US states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Utah. Outside states evaluated on application. Shift: 1 PM to 10 PM ET (initially Mon-Fri, transitioning to Sat-Wed), including US holidays.

Salary: $95,000 to $120,000

What you will do

• Answer phone calls from clients
• Respond to emails and Jira tickets
• Verify and monitor trading and clearing systems
• Investigate issues using internal and external tools
• Liaise with Market Operations team members and other internal/external groups to resolve issues
• Perform ad-hoc project work as required

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of trade desk or operations desk experience at a broker-dealer or exchange
• Effective communicator handling complex issues with customers and internal groups in high-pressure situations
• Experience supporting FIX and SBE Protocols
• Strong data analytics with basic SQL, Groovy or Python queries
• Confident with real-time monitoring to identify and solve problems
• Knowledge of U.S. equity markets, market structure, and clearing
• Willingness to obtain necessary licenses as directed by Compliance
• Self-starter able to multitask independently in a complex environment
