What you will do

• Conduct counterparty due diligence: gather data, analyze financials, evaluate risk controls, and draft approval memos.
• Structure lending deals: design secured/over-collateralized structures, covenants, waterfalls, and margin frameworks.
• Monitor portfolio and risks: track exposures, limits, collateral, and early-warning indicators; recommend actions.
• Build financial models using modern tooling and AI for scenario analysis.
• Engage counterparties: lead meetings, coordinate data rooms, and follow up on action items.
• Contribute to investment docs: term sheets, IC decks, performance updates, and review loan documentation for protections.
• Propose creative structures and research opportunities within risk appetite.
• Maintain process hygiene: keep diligence files, checklists, and dashboards audit-ready.

Requirements

• 5–7 years in investment banking, structured lending, credit, treasury, risk, or buy-side; direct structured credit or collateralized lending preferred
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong credit judgment with end-to-end due diligence experience (financials, liquidity, leverage, collateral, covenants).
• Structuring knowledge: term sheets, security packages, margining, ISDA/CSA, GMRA/GMSLA, or loan agreements.
• Risk tooling: stress/scenario analysis, sensitivities, VaR/limit frameworks.
• Modeling experience with modern tools and AI.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and external presence.
• CFA, FRM, or equivalent in progress.
• Dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet.

Nice to have

• Structured credit experience in securitization, repo, or margin lending.
• TradFi collateral and margin frameworks.
• Crypto/Bitcoin familiarity.
• Coding or advanced data modeling tools.
