What you will do

• Conduct stress testing of corporate assets and prepare financial risk reports for management.
• Analyze market, FX, liquidity, concentration, and counterparty risks.
• Develop and monitor hedging strategies to evaluate market exposure and effectiveness.
• Design and implement financial risk frameworks, policies, risk limits, and internal controls.
• Evaluate financial risks for new products, strategic initiatives, and the onboarding of new counterparties.
• Oversee critical financial operations, including multisignature (multisig) controls and transaction approval workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Financial Risk Management.
• Experience in FinTech, cryptocurrency, digital assets, trading, or capital markets.
• Hands-on experience with stress testing, scenario analysis, and quantitative risk assessment.
• Strong knowledge of hedging strategies, derivatives, and market exposure management.
• English: B2 level or higher required

Nice to have

• Experience partnering with Treasury teams or managing investment portfolios.
• Understanding of digital asset custody, wallet infrastructure, and multisig security models.
• Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, or CFA.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
