What you will do

• Build and lead a team of solution engineers as core experts in product introduction, evaluation, and education.
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets and build key relationships.
• Provide guidance to revenue leaders on sales strategy, product gaps, and represent team needs to executives.
• Interpret complex problems, create simple solutions, and collaborate with prospects, partners, and sales for winning outcomes.
• Maintain close relationships with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and services teams.
• Source and screen candidates, manage interviews, and act as player/coach delivering compelling presentations.

Requirements

• 10+ years in pre-sales with 4+ years direct line management (hiring, training, retaining talent)
• Understanding of data architecture, data analytics, and cloud technology
• Experience with modern data tech (dbt, Spark, containers, DevOps tooling, orchestration, Git)
• SAAS or consumption-based business model experience preferred
• Outstanding presenting skills to technical and executive audiences
• Ability to connect customer business problems to hirify.global solutions
• University degree in CS, engineering, math, or equivalent preferred
