Finance Functional Analyst (SAP): Building, implementing, and supporting SAP S/4HANA capabilities for complex Finance accounting and controlling (FI/CO) processes including General Ledger, Cost Centre, Profit Centre, Asset Accounting, and Profitability Analysis. What you will do

• Translate business strategy into product strategy by engaging collaborators, understanding processes, providing recommendations, and owning prioritization of Finance initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to elicit requirements, create functional design specifications for WRICEF objects, and analyze AS-IS/TO-BE processes and FI/CO impacts.
• Validate delivery approaches, ensure testing and documentation, contribute to interface builds, and coordinate integration testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across the SAP platform as needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrable hands-on SAP ERP S/4HANA experience with FI and COPA configuration and understanding of financial table structures.
• Experience across full lifecycle of technology-enabled change from requirements to live operation.
• Sound understanding of P2P, O2C, Analytics and Reporting, MDG/SD/MM/Purchasing integrations with Finance, and SAP Group Reporting on S/4HANA.
• Experience working with offshore/nearshore providers, diverse collaborators in matrix organization, influencing senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written, verbal, social, and decision-making skills; self-motivated, organized, analytical, and problem-solving under pressure.
