What you will do

• Design, implement, and operate scalable infrastructure platforms focused on OpenStack, Proxmox, Ceph, DNS, DHCP, and configuration management.
• Improve automation for provisioning, monitoring, patching, and recovery using infrastructure-as-code and tools like Ansible.
• Collaborate with teams to meet performance, availability, and security requirements.
• Act as 3rd/4th line escalation for complex issues and root cause analysis.
• Contribute to infrastructure roadmap, capacity management, performance tuning, and new technologies.
• Support pre-sales with technical expertise on infrastructure capabilities.
• Ensure compliance, security, and operational standards; participate in on-call and incident response.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Linux systems administration
• Strong experience designing and building automation of physical and virtual infrastructure using Ansible
• Strong Python and Bash
• Strong experience deploying, managing, upgrading, and operating large OpenStack clusters
• Strong experience deploying, managing, and automating Proxmox
• Strong troubleshooting experience of Linux and services

Nice to have

• In-depth knowledge of Ironic
• In-depth knowledge of Neutron/OVN/OVS
