What you will do

• Execute microfrontend transition across a massive codebase for modularity, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with and mentor engineers from 8+ product teams to provide platform tools for fast user experience development.
• Drive AI tools adoption and integration to enhance web engineering capabilities.
• Evaluate and design architecture with next-generation web technologies and frameworks.
• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve developer velocity.
• Establish automated testing standards and develop shared utilities with the Design System team.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in front-end or platform web development.
• Expertise in modern web technologies: React, TypeScript, Webpack, Vite.
• Proven experience building complex SPAs and implementing microfrontend architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Strong background in automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• Degree in Computer Science or similar technical field.
• Interest in AI-assisted development.
