Salary: $47,000 - $59,000 USD (Denver, CO base/OTE range)

What you will do

• Handle high-volume customer inquiries across channels and deliver personalized service
• Resolve complex issues swiftly while meeting quality standards and deadlines
• Serve as SME on products and issues for enterprise/strategic accounts
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to address unique requirements
• Identify operational gaps, contribute to knowledge base, and support onboarding
• Analyze data, generate reports on trends, and suggest process improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years in customer-facing role
• Strong written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Analytical abilities to identify root causes and handle complex inquiries
• Proficiency in CRM, support tools, and data analysis/reporting
• Familiarity with FCRA/compliance (or willingness to learn)
• High school diploma or equivalent; thrive in fast-paced environment
