What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions and reports
• Define, standardize, and maintain key business metrics and KPIs across teams
• Analyze data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities, proposing actionable solutions
• Build, test, and maintain scalable data models, datasets, and intuitive dashboards using Tableau
• Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and automate reporting processes
• Validate hypotheses, monitor KPIs, and deliver visually compelling insights for decision-making

Requirements

• English proficiency (check if needed)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Computer Science
• 5+ years in BI: data analysis, visualization, reporting automation, full-cycle dashboard development
• Strong SQL and analytical databases (Vertica, ClickHouse, Trino, Starrocks)
• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, dimensional modeling, metric governance, self-service analytics
• Solid data analysis methods, basic statistics; understanding of AI/LLM in analytics

Nice to have

• Tableau Certified Data Analyst or Architect
• Experience with Semantic Layer / metrics layer / analytics engineering tools
