About the Role

You will develop, maintain, and evolve critical backend services that power production platforms. You will build and contribute to KYC solutions for user identity validation and participate in implementing and improving AML processes to protect operations. You will collaborate with other teams to design scalable, secure, high-quality systems, work within microservice architectures, follow engineering best practices (code review, testing), and leverage AI tools in the development workflow.

Requirements

• Strong backend development experience with Python
• Experience with Django
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience working with microservice architectures
• Experience in collaborative development using code review and testing practices
• Experience using AI tools for software development (code assistants, copilots, test generation, debugging)
• (Desirable) Experience with compliance, fraud prevention, KYC or AML-related development

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services
• Maintain and evolve existing backend systems
• Implement KYC solutions for identity validation
• Participate in implementing and improving AML processes
• Design scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions with cross-team collaboration
• Apply engineering best practices including code review and testing
• Integrate and use AI tools in the development workflow
