Location: 100% remote within LatAm

What you will do

• Design and build scalhirify.global backend systems, APIs, and intelligent workflows.
• Define architecture and data flows for scalhirify.global applications.
• Lead discovery and shape technical approaches for new initiatives.
• Guide implementation through design and code reviews.
• Evaluate and apply AI/ML tools to create real business value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience building backend or full-stack systems in production.
• Advanced Python knowledge, including AsyncIO, FastAPI, and Pydantic.
• Direct experience with Neo4j and writing Cypher queries.
• Proficiency in Event-Driven Architecture using Kafka or Redpanda.
• Strong GraphQL experience (Schema design, Resolvers) and WebSockets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
• Must be based in LatAm.

Nice to have

• Experience owning end-to-end systems.
• Experience building AI-enhirify.globald features or integrating ML systems.
• Experience in client-facing roles or multi-project environments.
