What you will do

• Perform CNC external grinding using Studer S33 on exotic and hardened materials.
• Conduct and own first-off inspections, completing quality documentation.
• Set up and run multiple machines and processes.
• Implement 5S/Lean improvements.
• Support manufacturing engineering and cell leads with process development.

Requirements

• Recognised engineering apprenticeship.
• Previous experience in engineering/manufacturing within aerospace.
• Good knowledge of machining techniques, tooling, and inspection equipment to meet drawing tolerances.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and process improvement mindset.
• Ability to work overtime when requested; self-certification and quality stamp after qualifying period.
• Programming experience on Studer CNC grinding machines with StuderWin software.

Nice to have

• Experience/knowledge of the Superfinishing process.
