What you will do

• Work in agile Scrum/Scrumban environment performing manual testing, test design, exploratory testing, and bug reporting
• Develop and maintain test automation for web and mobile as frameworks mature
• Collaborate daily with US developers across 7-hour time difference for test coverage
• Improve automation frameworks, QA processes, and quality strategy
• Monitor testing trends and implement innovations

Requirements

• 3+ years in software testing with strong manual testing foundation
• Skills in test case design, exploratory testing, actionable bug reporting
• Excellent English communication
• Knowledge of quality methodologies, SDLC, CI/CD
• Experience/interest in automation with Python/TypeScript (Playwright+), mobile testing (iOS/Android)
• Ability to work with distributed teams and overlap US hours (until 7 PM CET occasionally)
• Proactive mindset for growth into automation
