Senior Software Design Engineer in Test (Web/Mobile): Contribute to and own test automation for web and mobile applications spanning framework development, test creation, execution, and reporting with an accent on scalable automation frameworks and quality strategy. Location: Hybrid in Prague – required to be in the office at least two days per week if living within 40 miles; work until 7 PM CET regularly to overlap with US teams

What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable test automation framework for web and mobile
• Create, execute, and report on automated tests while participating in manual testing as needed
• Collaborate daily with US-based developers and stakeholders across 7-hour time difference
• Lead quality initiatives from planning through implementation and maintenance
• Mentor juniors and monitor testing trends for improvements
• Contribute to test results reporting and quality metrics

Requirements

• 5+ years as Software Engineer in Test
• Deep experience with web automation frameworks and proficiency in mobile; Playwright or similar
• Proficient in Flutter Driver, Dart, Python or TypeScript
• Excellent English communication; ability to work until 7 PM CET for US overlap
• Strong knowledge of quality methodologies, SDLC, CI/CD basics, cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud)
• Experience with distributed teams and cloud device testing (SauceLabs, LambdaTest)
