What you will do

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans across browsers, operating systems, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with project management and development teams to define QA processes and ensure requirement coverage.
• Identify, document, and report complex usability and compatibility issues.
• Translate technical findings into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Actively contribute to risk assessment and impact analysis throughout the development lifecycle.
• Integrate AI tools like ChatGPT and Cursor to improve testing efficiency and workflow.

Requirements

• Must be based in LATAM or Canada.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in quality assurance.
• Advanced knowledge of software development concepts, test management tools, and defect tracking systems.
• Proficiency in diverse testing methodologies including black-box, white-box, and regression testing.
• Practical experience with CDN testing approaches and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, XML).
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
