What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and mentor the team to foster high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee daily workflows, assign tasks, provide feedback, and ensure team coverage and training.
  • Handle escalations for complex customer issues, process charges, and manage closed job files.
  • Track and report key metrics for order processing and review inventory regularly.
  • Maintain client relationships, clarify orders, resolve issues, and manage expectations.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, or equivalent exhirify.globalence.
  • Minimum 3 years in customer service or order fulfillment with team leadership exhirify.globalence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
