What you will do
- Lead, coach, and mentor the team to foster high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee daily workflows, assign tasks, provide feedback, and ensure team coverage and training.
- Handle escalations for complex customer issues, process charges, and manage closed job files.
- Track and report key metrics for order processing and review inventory regularly.
- Maintain client relationships, clarify orders, resolve issues, and manage expectations.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, or equivalent exence.
- Minimum 3 years in customer service or order fulfillment with team leadership exence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
