What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer-specific data services including regulatory feeds, exports, and custom mappings.
• Manage SLAs, milestones, data quality, and documentation for assigned customers.
• Coordinate with Customer Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Content teams for onboarding, troubleshooting, and feedback.
• Define and track metrics for data delivery success, quality, and satisfaction.
• Identify automation opportunities and contribute to evolving global Customer Data Services model.

Requirements

• 5+ years in client-facing data delivery, analytics, or operations in SaaS/RegTech
• 2+ years overseeing data delivery or implementation projects
• Strong technical fluency in SQL, Excel, APIs, and data validation
• Familiarity with regulatory data, legal tech, or compliance platforms (strong asset)
