Vice President Leveraged Finance Capital Markets (Origination): Structuring, presenting, arranging, underwriting, and syndicating leveraged financing solutions with an accent on risk-aware capital structures, market insights, and syndication strategies. Focus on collaborating with clients, sponsors, relationship managers, and investors to execute transactions and deliver strategic outcomes.
Location: Hybrid in New York, US. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis required; no visa sponsorship available. Up to 15% regional travel.
Salary: $140,000 - $230,000

What you will do
- Track loan and capital markets developments, sharing actionable insights with bankers, clients, and partners.
- Assess client needs, build leveraged financing proposals, and review syndication strategies with risk focus.
- Collaborate with clients and sponsors to present ideas, negotiate terms, and support decision-making.
- Develop investor outreach, partner with sales for syndication, and execute transactions with stakeholders.
- Monitor market dynamics, pipeline, and progress; escalate issues and support bond/equity deals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance/Accounting preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in Corporate/Leveraged Finance, Capital Markets, or Loan Syndications.
- FINRA Series 79 and 63 (or obtain within 6 months); additional licensing possible.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and Markets products.
- Ability to structure leveraged debt financings and collaborate across functions.
- Strong communication to translate complex issues into guidance.
- Legally authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship.
