What you will do

• Build internal tools, services, and infrastructure in the Engineering Excellence domain to enable fast and safe shipping.
• Perform hands-on coding, pair programming, mobbing, testing, and shipping functionality.
• Act as technical lead, designing and delivering platform capabilities with Principal and Lead Engineers.
• Lead complex features from conception to completion with high quality and minimal oversight.
• Mentor less-experienced engineers and conduct code and documentation reviews.

Requirements

• Writing and maintaining tests throughout the SDLC at all levels.
• Implementing continuous delivery practices for safe and timely code shipping.
• Contributing to system architecture for resiliency, scalability, and maintainability.
• Thriving in autonomous, agile environments with daily innovation.
• AI-conscious: using tools like Copilot effectively and guiding others.
• Strong communication skills in writing, verbal, documentation, and proposals.
