What you will do

• Independently review and challenge first-line fraud risk assessments, RCSA validation, control testing, and identified gaps.
• Oversee fraud incident documentation, regulatory service-level agreements, and BCB-required fraud registrations and declarations.
• Assess BCB-directed investigations, review evidence, challenge findings, and prepare formal regulatory responses.
• Identify fraud patterns with potential money-laundering indicators and escalate them to the Compliance and AML function.
• Monitor the Dynamic Deposit Limit scoring model and Eagle Eye controls, recommending improvements to the first line of defense.
• Analyze fraud data, identify emerging typologies and control gaps, and own second-line fraud risk policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of risk-management experience in the financial services industry.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Strong familiarity with AI tools and their practical application to analysis, experimentation, personalization, and productivity.
• Data-driven, results-oriented approach with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong organization and project-management skills, with flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones.
