Focus on challenging first-line findings, monitoring fraud models and controls, identifying AML indicators, and producing regulatory and senior-management reporting.

What you will do
- Independently review and challenge first-line fraud risk assessments, RCSA validation, and control-effectiveness testing.
- Oversee incident documentation and support the BCB 260 annual fraud report.
- Monitor regulatory service-level agreements, BCB 343 fraud-event registrations, and monthly declarations.
- Assess BCB-directed investigations, review evidence, challenge findings, and prepare regulatory responses.
- Identify fraud patterns with potential money-laundering indicators and escalate them to Compliance/AML.
- Monitor the Dynamic Deposit Limit scoring model and Eagle Eye controls, analyze fraud data, and maintain second-line fraud-risk policies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of risk-management experience in the financial-services industry.
- Strong familiarity with AI tools and practical experience applying them to analysis, experimentation, personalization, and productivity.
- Data-driven, results-oriented approach with strong organization and project-management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with ownership and adaptability.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones.
