What you will do

• Drive product strategy for protocol ecosystems, sequencing investments in networks and primitives.
• Develop go-to-market strategies with sales and partnerships, defining metrics and iterating on feedback.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, sales, compliance, and partners.
• Provide strategic insights shaping company priorities and influence leadership decisions.
• Build relationships with senior leaders and represent the organization externally.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years leading product managers
• Meaningful experience in blockchain, DeFi, or protocol-adjacent companies
• Track record of multi-quarter product strategies navigating ambiguity and dependencies
• Engineering background or ability to dive deep into technical architecture
• Exceptional communication skills for distilling complex trade-offs

• Shipped products collaborating with protocol foundations or core teams
• Built ecosystem evaluation frameworks or integration playbooks
• Written smart contracts or dApps
• Managed P&L or revenue targets
