What you will do

• Write and launch wellbeing courses and lessons to guide users on their mental health journey
• Create product articles and upsell content to drive user conversion at key moments
• Audit existing content and provide data-backed recommendations for improvement
• Proactively suggest new content formats, angles, and ideas
• Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for faster research, writing, and optimization

Requirements

• Hands-on experience writing wellbeing or product content in English
• Proactive approach to identifying gaps and taking ownership of results
• Comfortable integrating AI tools into daily professional workflows

Nice to have

• Experience in the mental health, wellbeing, or health tech sectors
• Proven track record with conversion-focused content (onboarding, upsells, activation)
• Ability to analyze content metrics and connect them to business KPIs
