What you will do

• Analyze requirements and develop software models to simulate B-2 aircraft systems in real-time applications.
• Design, code, integrate, test, and debug simulation software to meet customer specifications.
• Apply engineering methods to create or modify mathematical models and algorithms for real-time systems.
• Resolve issues in system capabilities, programming techniques, input data, and output requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver solutions and provide customer feedback.
• Follow standards, processes, and documentation throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience implementing functional requirements for computer software
• Proficiency in FORTRAN, C/C++, Ada, C#, Java, Python
• Ability to obtain Top-Secret DoD security clearance; U.S. citizen only
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
• Flexibility for overtime, shift work, and CONUS travel

Nice to have

• MS Windows, Linux, Unix, OO Design, Modo, Qt, DDS
• ClearCase, aircraft avionics 1553 protocol, simulator experience
• Knowledge of testing methodologies (White/Gray/Black box)
• Military experience, 5-10 years in software engineering
• Experience with flight simulation or radar systems
• Active DoD Secret Clearance
