What you will do

• Support the Compliance Monitoring Team in delivering objectives and coordinating the annual compliance monitoring plan.
• Plan and execute continuous controls monitoring reviews across business areas, agreeing outcomes and producing clear reporting.
• Assist in planning and executing thematic reviews across business areas, products, and processes.
• Enhance the team’s reputation as a centre of excellence on regulatory standards.
• Develop understanding of Compliance team’s work and the wider hirify.global business.

Requirements

• Experience in an insurance company with knowledge of the local regulated environment, or high-quality commercial environment combining regulatory advice with commercial reality.
• Ability to analyse and interpret data and present findings clearly.
• Strong intellectual capability, interpersonal and negotiating skills to influence outcomes.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Results-driven with strong ownership, stakeholder relationship management.
