What you will do

• Develop and calibrate engine/gearbox functions for drivability and acceleration.
• Calibrate labels/maps affecting performance and startability.
• Control calibration status, track parameters, and manage development plans.
• Perform calibration in standard/extreme conditions including proving grounds and open roads.
• Analyze concerns, define countermeasures, and prepare technical reports for milestones.
• Present KPI results and coordinate with suppliers/cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Proven experience in engine or transmission calibration (strong in at least one)
• Solid understanding of drivability and acceleration performance.
• Experience in calibration control, reporting, and parameter tracking.
• Strong analytical skills and concern management.
• Driving experience in proving grounds and roads
• Fluent English (written/spoken)
