What you will do

• Perform aeroelastic load calculations for wind turbines per IEC 61400-1 standards.
• Conduct stability analyses using industry tools like Bladed, HAWC2, or FAST/OpenFAST.
• Develop, validate, and optimize simulation models across turbine platforms.
• Support product development from concept evaluation to serial verification.
• Prepare documentation for certification and interface with bodies.
• Analyze results, identify key load cases, and provide engineering recommendations.
• Develop MATLAB scripts to enhance simulation workflows.
• Collaborate with aerodynamics, control, structure, and systems teams.

Requirements

• Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Physics.
• Minimum 8 years experience in load calculation or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Matlab, Alaska, Bladed, HAWC2, or FAST/OpenFAST.
• Spanish and English required; German preferred.
• Availability to travel.
