- Proven experience in B2B fintech partnerships or business development with revenue track record
- Established network of decision-makers in Payroll, Expense Management, Cross-Border Remittance ecosystems
- Ability to convert partnerships into measurable revenue outcomes
- Strong commercial acumen for complex negotiations and stakeholder management
- Highly self-driven and results-oriented, able to operate independently
