What you will do

• Design and develop high-frequency trading platforms
• Integrate quotes and trades from multiple global exchanges
• Disseminate orders to exchanges with precision and speed
• Optimize systems using network programming and latency-reduction techniques
• Analyze platform performance and identify improvements
• Develop tools for real-time performance tracking and diagnostics
• Contribute to engineering team growth, including interviewing

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, particularly C++
• Strong expertise in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (C++)
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin (requirement for Singapore location)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Linux and scripting languages like Python or Shell
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and statistical performance analysis
