What you will do

• Manage discretionary or systematic emerging-markets rates and FX portfolios.
• Identify, execute, and risk-manage macro-driven trades across local and external markets.
• Collaborate with trading, research, and risk functions.
• Maintain a disciplined investment process focused on risk-adjusted returns.

Requirements

• Live and verifiable track record of strong risk-adjusted performance for at least 2–3 years.
• Expertise in emerging-markets local rates, FX, or sovereign debt in hard or local currency.
• Experience managing capital at a hedge fund, asset manager, or proprietary trading firm.
• Comfort working within a platform or pod-based model and its risk and infrastructure parameters.
• Willingness to relocate or work in a flexible global setup.
