Head of Risk Management (FX/CFD Brokerage)

Location: Dubai, Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya City, Limassol, or global remote. Dubai is preferred; hybrid and fully remote work are available.

Recruitment partner for a Forex and CFD brokerage operating global trading and brokerage activities.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the company-wide risk management strategy.
• Oversee market, liquidity, operational, and counterparty risk across trading activities.
• Manage A-Book, B-Book, and hybrid execution models to optimize profitability and risk exposure.
• Monitor client flow, toxic trading behavior, trading performance, exposure limits, leverage policies, and risk controls.
• Design hedging strategies with liquidity providers and produce daily, weekly, and monthly executive risk reports.
• Lead risk assessments during major market events and crisis situations while collaborating with Dealing, Compliance, Finance, and Executive Management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Forex or CFD brokerage risk management.
• Strong understanding of A-Book/B-Book models and exposure management.
• Hands-on experience with MT5 Manager, PrimeXM, Centroid, oneZero, or similar trading infrastructure.
• Deep knowledge of hedging, liquidity management, and institutional trading operations.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, leadership, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience managing global brokerage operations.
• Knowledge of FIX API connectivity and liquidity aggregation.
• Experience working with multiple liquidity providers and institutional counterparties.
• Based in Dubai.
