- Manage post, emails, records, and admin tasks with high accuracy
- Support claims submissions and resolve issues before escalation
- Ensure confidentiality and GDPR compliance in all interactions
Requirements
- Hybrid working in Warrington, UK
- Clear and confident communicator with strong listening skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Positive attitude and adaptability for repetitive tasks and busy call days
- Previous customer service experience (claims/complaints handling is a plus)
