• Be available Monday to Friday to respond to support needs across Hertfordshire services.
• Provide person-centred support aligned with individual plans and organisational values.
• Assist individuals with daily living, emotional wellbeing, relationships, and household responsibilities.
• Help with personal care, budgeting, and developing life skills.
• Communicate respectfully and collaborate with the wider support team.
• Respond promptly to any issues or emergencies.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year's experience providing person-centred support to people with learning disabilities and/or autism.
• Ability to work independently, use initiative, and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong commitment to person-centred approaches.
• Positive, motivated, patient, and flexible to respond across different services.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Open to female applicants only.
