What you will do

• Design and build AI agents outperforming humans on complex customer interactions.
• Own features end-to-end, including modelling, evaluation, and integration with customer systems.
• Work directly with business leaders in finance, healthcare, transport, and hospitality.
• Experiment with latest text and voice models to build scalable production pipelines.
• Identify customer patterns and contribute insights to platform improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in software engineering
• Strong competence with Python and TypeScript, including asynchronous programming
• Ability to debug distributed systems, latency, failure modes, and data flows
• Strong academic background (top university or equivalent)
• Curiosity, ownership, and bias for rapid execution in an in-office environment
