What you will do

• Develop internal tools and seamless integrations across trading, finance, and compliance systems.
• Improve and optimize trading infrastructure for high-performance finance.
• Deliver quick high-impact solutions while building scalable long-term architecture.
• Work side-by-side with traders and developers, receiving direct feedback from Head of OTC Trading.
• Contribute visibly in a small team of 15, shaping the company's technology across crypto infrastructure.

Requirements

• Python (core backend) and JavaScript.
• Strong academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related quantitative discipline.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, initiative-taking, problem-owning.

• AWS and Pulumi experience.
