What you will do

• Identify and arrange attractive sports events for users to bet on in the app
• Work closely with Customer Experience team to solve user queries
• Understand betting markets and settle user bets
• Contribute to development of innovative betting products
• Create and maintain great user betting experience

Requirements

• Some experience or strong interest in sports betting as user or professionally
• Good knowledge of major UK sports and competitions
• Basic understanding of fixed odds betting and core betting principles
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working with data and developing analytical skills
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive team player with positive attitude
