• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat and email.
• Provide accurate support on games, promotions, accounts, and technical issues.
• Resolve complaints efficiently with first contact resolution in mind.
• Assist with account verification processes including KYC.
• Monitor player feedback and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with Safer Gambling, Fraud, AML, Payments, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

• Authorized to work full-time in Malta without visa sponsorship.
• Strong English communication skills for live chat and email.
• Knowledge of customer support best practices and issue resolution.
• Familiarity with gaming industry, accounts, promotions, and technical support.
• Ability to handle KYC and collaborate cross-departmentally.
• Pass mandatory background screening, criminal checks, and regulatory approvals.
