What you will do
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and email.
- Provide accurate support on games, promotions, accounts, and technical issues.
- Resolve complaints efficiently with first contact resolution in mind.
- Assist with account verification and KYC processes.
- Monitor player feedback and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with Safer Gambling, Fraud, AML, Payments, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- Fluent English required for night shift customer support.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in gaming or regulated industries.
- Ability to handle live chat, email, and complex player issues.
- Authorized to work full-time in Malta; no visa sponsorship available.
- Pass mandatory background screening, criminal checks, and gaming regulatory approvals.
