TL;DR

Principal Engineer (.NET/Angular): Designing and delivering high-quality, scalable enterprise SaaS applications with an accent on modernizing legacy monoliths and architecting modular software systems. Focus on leading complex system designs, driving technical roadmaps, and ensuring system observability and performance at scale.

Location: Remote (Global) with a hybrid office presence in São Paulo.

What you will do

  • Write production code for critical system components, setting standards for quality and maintainability.
  • Architect and implement high-performing, modular software systems using .NET, SQL, and Angular.
  • Lead complex system designs and influence architecture decisions across multiple teams.
  • Evolve large existing systems, driving modernization from monolith to modular architectures.
  • Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate new technologies.
  • Ensure system observability and performance through hands-on implementation of monitoring tools.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including staff-level or equivalent technical leadership.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET, SQL Server, and Angular.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-impact systems.
  • Solid expertise in automated testing, including TDD.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile practices.
  • Strong knowledge of system observability, performance monitoring, and reliability.
