What you will do
- Develop On-Board Charger systems from concept to production.
- Define, manage, and maintain system requirements and specifications.
- Design system architecture, interfaces, and integration concepts.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and validation teams.
- Drive technical discussions with customers on OBC concepts and trade-offs.
- Support problem analysis, root-cause investigations, and solution implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics/Controls/Mechatronics Engineering, preferably Master’s or PhD
- 2+ years hands-on experience in OBC or AC/DC power electronics
- Series development and SOP experience in automotive projects
- Strong understanding of OBC systems, topologies, AC/DC converters, PFC, DC/DC, and high-voltage EV systems.
- Systems engineering background: requirements, architecture, integration, verification, validation.
- Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, SysML; familiarity with ASPICE.
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel
