What you will do

• Own and drive the end-to-end product roadmap for core protocol services including smart contracts, consensus, SDKs, and network infrastructure.
• Partner with engineering leaders and architects to co-develop technical designs, specifications, and improvement proposals.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from concept through development, release, iteration, and adoption measurement.
• Engage in the open-source ecosystem by triaging GitHub issues, collaborating with contributors, and shaping public product direction.
• Translate developer feedback and technical constraints into prioritized product requirements.
• Ensure release quality, security, backward compatibility, and production readiness across distributed systems.
• Improve developer experience through documentation, SDK evolution, and ecosystem initiatives.

Requirements

• Located in the United States
• Strong technical product management experience in distributed systems, APIs, platform infrastructure, or blockchain.
• Background as a software engineer or deep technical practitioner able to peer with senior engineers.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, prioritize, and make system-level tradeoffs.
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, backend platforms, and developer-facing infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems concepts like consensus, state management, transactions, and optimization.
• Experience writing technical documentation such as RFCs or design specs.
• Familiarity with open-source development and community-driven ecosystems.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
