Location: Remote within European time zones; must prove full right to work in the country you wish to be employed in.

Salary: Up to £150,000 base + large bonus upside

What you will do

• Design and evolve core trading systems in fast-moving, competitive markets.
• Build infrastructure processing millions of transactions across multiple venues and asset types.
• Tackle performance, reliability, and scalability challenges in 24/7 systems.
• Work closely with traders and front-office to turn problems into production systems.
• Continuously improve live systems while supporting active trading.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience building production systems in Python and C++
• Solid grounding in data structures and algorithms for performance-critical systems.
• Excellent academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or related.
• Experience working closely with traders or front-office teams.
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for systems built.
• Full right to work in chosen European employment country
