What you will do

• Collaborate with teammates in a disciplined agile environment to solve complex technical problems.
• Design and build highly available, scalable services and applications used by internal teams and global business units.
• Work across multiple technology stacks and architectures.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, designers, and product managers to deliver shared goals.
• Take end-to-end ownership of critical features and infrastructure from design to production.
• Write clean, maintainable code and resolve bugs, performance issues, and reliability gaps.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in frontend and backend development using modern JavaScript frameworks (React or equivalent) and Golang.
• Strong problem-solving skills with solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis.
• Practical understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality features on schedule in complex environments.
• Experience building and maintaining systems with multiple dependencies and integrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
