Location: 100% Remote (team based in Latin America, HQ in New York)

What you will do

• Design and develop custom business logic, layouts, and workflows within Maconomy using Java and native tools.
• Build full-stack solutions with React, Java, and Spring leveraging Maconomy data for complex business processes.
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations between Maconomy and third-party/internal platforms.
• Optimize database structures and SQL queries for high performance and scalability.
• Serve as Maconomy technical lead, guiding architecture, upgrades, and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years enterprise Java development, comfortable with legacy code and modern frameworks.
• Strong JavaScript (ES6+) and modern UI frameworks like React.
• Extensive Maconomy experience (Coupling Service, Containers, internal business logic).
• Proven API/middleware for ERP-external integrations.
• Expert SQL/relational DBs (Oracle/SQL Server), complex ERP schemas.
