What you will do
- Process optical fibers, mechanical, and optical components into complex assemblies under cleanroom conditions
- Align and fine-adjust opto-mechatronic systems in cleanroom environment
- Perform quality inspections on manufactured systems
- Operate software-based testing and measurement equipment
- Evaluate and document test results according to customer specifications
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in mechatronics, precision optics, precision mechanics, or comparable technical field
- Alternatively, practical experience requiring high fine motor skills
- Confident handling of sensitive materials and enthusiasm for detail-oriented assembly
- Strong quality awareness and enjoyment of craftsmanship-focused manufacturing
- High resilience, quick comprehension, focus, and precision
- Basic PC skills, strong communication, and teamwork abilities
