Salary: $110,000 - $145,000

What you will do

• Develop brand identity systems including typography, color, imagery, and visual language
• Create brand guidelines, design systems, assets, templates, graphics, and illustrations for projects, marketing, and proposals
• Transform complex technical data into clear visual representations like infographics and diagrams
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to iterate on concepts and gather requirements
• Manage projects, balance priorities, ensure design quality and consistency, and meet deadlines
• Develop long-term design strategies and partner with external agencies as needed

Requirements

• Ability to work hybrid in San Francisco or Los Angeles (HQ in Hawthorne)
• Strong familiarity with brand identity work across mediums
• Proven track record leading projects from strategy to execution
• Mastery of design, typography, color theory, illustration, composition
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in design, art, architecture, or industrial design
• Experience with motion, animation, photography, videography
• Experience with 3D software (Cinema4D or similar)
• U.S. Person status
