Senior Backend Engineer

TL;DR

What you will do

• Develop backend services using Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET Core, exposing functionality via REST APIs, event streams, or queues.
• Build containerized applications with Docker and deploy to public clouds like AWS, GCP, or Azure using PaaS.
• Work with structured and unstructured databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and others.
• Collaborate on high-impact projects for U.S. startups and Fortune 500 companies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Solid experience with standard tech stacks (Express, Spring, etc.) for chosen technology
• Strong understanding of data storage technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, Redis, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Strong computer science foundation

Nice to have

• Container orchestration (Kubernetes, AWS ECS)
• Distributed architectures (Microservices, Kafka, Kinesis)
• APM tools (New Relic), IaC (Terraform), CI/CD setups
